Not started: waiting to start. In progress: running. Completed: done. Partial: ended early, the rest refunded. Canceled: not delivered, fully refunded. Being checked: we are confirming it by hand.

Orders that have started cannot be canceled from the site. Open a help request with the order number if something is wrong.

Open a help request at once with the order number. If the order has not started yet, we can check what can be done.

On services with a refill period, the order page has a Refill button once the order is Completed or Partial. You can ask once every 24 hours inside the period.

To your wallet. A canceled order or one that could not start is refunded in full. A partial order is refunded for the part that was not delivered.
