Canceled orders
If an order is canceled, the full price goes back to your wallet.
Partial orders
If an order ends as Partial, the part that was not delivered goes back to your wallet: price times the undelivered quantity divided by the ordered quantity.
Orders that could not start
If an order cannot be started, the full price goes back to your wallet at once.
Drops after completion
Drops are covered by refill on services that have a refill period, not by a refund.
Wrong links
Orders on a wrong or private link are handled like any other order: only a Canceled or Partial result is refunded. Check the link before you order.
Top ups
A payment that does not match a top up (wrong amount, late or wrong network) is checked by hand. Open a help request with the top up code and the transaction ID.
