1. The service
4X PANEL sells social media marketing services for TikTok and other apps. You order by giving a public link and a quantity, and the price is taken from your USD wallet.
2. Your account
Your account is a sign-in token. Anyone with the token can use the account, so keep it private. We cannot show, reset or replace a lost token. Up to three accounts can be created from one network.
3. Wallet and top ups
The wallet is in US dollars and is topped up with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Send the exact amount shown before the timer ends. Payments can be checked before they are added. The wallet is used for orders on this site.
4. Orders
The price of an order is the price per 1,000 times the quantity, or the package price for a package service. Links must be public and stay unchanged until the order ends. Live services need a stream that is live when the order starts. Start times and speeds are as stated by each service and are not guaranteed.
5. Refills
Services with a refill period can be refilled from the order page once the order is Completed or Partial, once every 24 hours, until the period ends. A refill period of lifetime lasts while the service is offered.
6. Refunds
Refunds go to your wallet as described in the refund policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not order for content that breaks the law or the rules of the app. We may refuse orders or close accounts that do.
8. Changes
Prices and services can change. An order keeps the price it was placed at. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
